  • We recommend booking your event at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like summer or holidays. However, feel free to reach out even last minute, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

  • Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and breakdown for all our rentals within the Jacksonville, FL area. Our team will ensure everything is set up safely and ready for the kids to enjoy.

  • Yes, our rentals are perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. However, for outdoor events, we recommend a flat, grassy area. In case of bad weather, we do advise having an indoor backup location for the safety and comfort of the kids.
